Confidentiality

I will keep our work together confidential except as required by law. I cannot and will not tell anyone else what you have told me, or even that you are seeing me without your prior written permission. You may direct me to share information with whomever you choose and you can change your mind and revoke that permission at any time.

Please be advised that I do not have confidentiality in court. If you are in litigation, your sessions are not confidential.

Further, please be advised that if any communication regarding our work together is conducted over the phone, FaceTime, Zoom or Skype and with email it is not possible to guarantee the confidentiality of the information contained in any of our telephone and/or electronic communications.

 

Sessions

Sessions are available to schedule in 60 minute and 90 minute length unless prior arrangements have been made.  

 

Professional Fees

60 minute session - $150
90 minute session - $225

 

Payment

Sessions may be paid by credit card at the time of booking, Venmo, cash and checks. I do not bill through insurance so my work is on a fee for service basis. Payment is expected prior to the appointment, unless previous arrangements have been made. Please notify me right away if a problem arises regarding your ability to make payments.  

 

Cancellations

Scheduling of appointments involves the reservation of time specifically for you. Please allow a minimum of 48-hour advance notice for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. The full fee may be charged for missed appointments without such notification.  

 

No-Shows

Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for the full amount of their “missed” appointment. 

 

Arriving or Calling Late for Appointment 

Your appointments are specifically set for you. If you arrive late, your appointment time will be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments following yours. Payment will remain the same as the agreed upon fee.
